Your photos

• Uploaded photos, restored results and previews are stored in private storage. They are reachable only through time-limited signed links that this site creates for the holder of your private page link.
• Your photo is sent to an AI image model to produce the restoration and to an AI vision model for the quality check. We do not use your photos to train models, for marketing, or for anything other than fulfilling your request.
• Your private links stop working 30 days after upload, and we delete the records that point to your files at that time, so they can no longer be retrieved. If you want them removed sooner, use the support page and quote your order number.

What else we store

• The email address you give at checkout or on this site, used only to send your download link and answer support requests.
• Payment details are handled by the payment provider on its secure checkout page. We never see your card number.
• A one-way hash of your network address, used to limit free previews to 6 per day per visitor. We do not store the address itself.
• Basic, aggregated usage statistics for the site (page views and button clicks) so we can see where the service fails people.

Cookies and storage

The restore page keeps your preview references in your browser's local storage so they survive a reload. The order confirmation page reports a completed purchase (amount and order number, no photo or personal data) to Google Ads so we can measure whether our ads work; Google may set its own cookies for that.
